We are pleased to announce that Sirius Rederi AB, Donsö Sweden has acquired all
of the shares in Rederi AB Brevik, Gothenburg Sweden.

Rederi AB Brevik has three vessels:
Norvik delivered in 2003 ( will be renamed “MARINUS” ),
Scanvik delivered in June 2006 ( will be renamed “OLYMPUS” ) and
Kungsvik delivered today ( will be renamed “TELLUS” ) .
These vessel will be incorporated in the fleet of Sirius Rederi AB.

We are convinced that this expansion of our business will enable us to keep the
standard that our costumer and business friends require.
